Wizz Air will temporarily suspend access to its booking and digital customer service systems between late Wednesday night and Thursday morning this week due to scheduled maintenance, the airline told MTI on Monday.
The planned shutdown will last from February 25 at 11:00 p.m. until February 26 at 8:00 a.m.
During this period, several services will be unavailable, including booking new tickets, managing existing reservations, online check-in, booking functions in the Wizz Air mobile app, voucher redemption, and services related to customer profiles.
The airline emphasized that flights will operate according to schedule, and passengers who have already completed check-in before the shutdown will not be affected.
However, Wizz Air advises passengers who have not yet checked in for their flight to do so before the systems go offline. If necessary, airport check-in will be available free of charge during the system update.
Wizz Air operates a fleet of 262 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft. In 2025, the company carried 68.6 million passengers.
