Like survey results from last year show, 骋测艖谤 is the most expensive of Hungary鈥檚 county capitals with the price of 176,000 HUF/m2 while Debrecen is the second most expensive with 172,000 HUF/m2. According to the expectations, the housing market remains constant this year but next year will bring a boom.
